Question by sss: Who can I turn to with regards to online delivery that has been paid for but not made?
I ordered flower delivery for today, but nothing was delivered whatsoever, no contact was made. What should I do next? I dont think I should wait for them to deliver the flowers tomorrow when I paid for them to be delivered today...
