Cheap florists that can deliver a single rose?

Question by Tyler: Cheap florists that can deliver a single rose?
I need to deliver a single rose to somone....as an I miss you thing and I went to a florist today that was $ 7.95 for delivery but you needed to spend atleast $ 25 minimum on the flowers to be delivered.

I live in philadelphia and that was the only florist I know of but I also know there are ALOT more. I was just wondering are they all gonna be like this or would they deliver a single rose.
